Relationships

One size does not fit all. Some businesses are just getting started with technology, some have an existing network of computers, some have the infrastructure they need, some don't, and some are moving to or are already in “The Cloud”, as Internet-based services are often called.

We begin a relationship with a new client by surveying the systems currently in place, how they are used, how well they meet their users’ needs, and what needs are not being met. From there, we can recommend correction of deficiencies in and possible improvements and additions to hardware, software, and operational procedures.

Tony brings more than three decades of computer industry experience to AES Systems Corp. He has worked in all aspects of hardware, software, and network design, implementation, and deployment for major research institutions, large and small discrete and process manufacturers, retailers, and service companies, always with a focus on applying technology to meet business needs.

Nobody can do everything or be everywhere. When multiple businesses have critical systems down at the same time, or a job is too big for one person, or specialized knowledge or skills are in order, we can draw on a substantial network of experienced consultants in all areas of computing, networking, and telephony.

Vendor Support

When bugs in their software, unpublished or defective patches, undocumented configuration options, and other such unpleasantries of purchased software rear their ugly heads, we have arrangements for support from Microsoft and other vendors.
